You helped me out a year ago with some coaching with troubles I was facing at work. I just wanted to let you know you were the first step in me having to re-centre myself, you helped me initially to be able to make some of the initial hard decisions I was facing at work. One year on and I'm feeling the best I have in several years, I've also just accepted a new role with another firm, which is where I feel I can best use the skills you and I identified through our meetings.
