My point of difference

I teach for real-life practical change. We go slow implementing each learning one at a time. When people go on three day management courses research says less than 10% of it actually is implemented. In The Leadership Academy its bite sized implementation over 16 weeks, which is less than 90 mins a week, and people come out consistently implementing 60-100% of it.

I teach in multiple different ways so that you have the highest likelihood of succeeding in implementing the change. I use:

• Worksheets to translate the videos to your life
• Role plays that you can watch so you know what 'good' looks like
