Why I'm in the Venus Network
As a freelance designer, I work from my home based office in Napier.So, I find the majority of my days are, just me sitting behind my computer, with only email and phones as communication with the outside world. Although, my fox terrier has taking to being my office couch hogger.
I joined the Venus network to meet other women in business and create a network to bounce ideas off, and gain fresh ideas and inspiration for growing my business.
My point of difference
A positive 'can do' attitude to 'make things happen'.Turtles are stereotypically known for being slow.... however, I've never been one to sit still for long - hence that's how my business name came about - Electric Turtle Design.
