Why I'm in the Venus Network
I am a member to be able to connect with other like minded Women in Business. I believe we are the sum of the average of those (successful) people we align ourselves with and being part of a great network group such as Venus Women equals success to me.In addition I am hoping to learn from others and being able to be a support to others.

My point of difference
I established Actum after spending more than 20 years growing and developing my own successful business.When I sold it in 2019, it had grown from a single original location to multiple franchises and couple territories. I then stepped into a national operations manager role for my former business, where it continued to grow and saw me supporting more than 50 Business Owners across 180 locations and leading large teams.
A highlight of my career was winning the Westpac Business Award as Franchisee of the year.
The point I’m getting to is this; there’s no magic formula for success but I have lived experience of what it takes to be a great leader and run successful businesses, and I firmly believe the success of my business was because I was supported by a wonderful team of people.
