As Success Engineering business owner, I love surrounding myself with positive, driven successful business women.As an engineer with Project management experience of over 20 years, I have mainly worked in male dominated environment for many years, and i find it refreshing and uplifting to be surrounded by like-minded women.

My point of difference
What makes my coaching process so special is the unique combination of NLP and coaching techniques with Project Management strategies. NLP helps to build awareness and to create a positive outlook, while the Project Management strategies provide a framework for reaching and exceeding tangible outcomes.The NLP techniques that I use help to work on the soft skills, communication, and the subconscious mind to help my clients make things happen. I also use coaching techniques to help my clients explore their goals and passions, and to identify what is holding them back.
The Project Management strategies provide a structure for creating an action plan to take the steps needed to move forward. They also help to ensure that my clients are able to reach and exceed their tangible goals and gain greater business outcomes.
