I bought and managed my first rental property in 1996 and made a few mistakes along the way. It was simply luck that I didn't have a disaster.I always believed in the concept of rental investment. I knew I had to work smarter to make it work well. I founded the business to ensure other people didn't make the same mistakes.

Hawke's Bay Rental Management do not charge for replacing tenants between tenancies, or at the start of management.Unlike many other companies who charge every time a tenant changes at the property.
We are up to date with all changes in RTA and Healthy Homes standards, and we only mange homes which comply with the regulations.
We are known to maintain excellent rental returns while gaining the highest rent possible and maintaining a good relationship with the quality tenants we choose for all homes we manage.
Regular communication with means transparency in every step we take to care for homes.
Our inspections are thorough and investigative, meaning nothing is missed, and health and safety is paramount for tenants and the investment property.
