"I wish everyone who goes through redundancy has access to this amazing programme. Awesome content delivered expertly with empathy."
Jennifer, GM primary sector business

"Sharon was absolutely fantastic to work with and really challenged me to drill down and think about my passion and what drives me and how that corresponds to my career choices. I gained a clear understanding of what I was looking for in my next role including 'must haves', 'nice to haves' and 'what to steer clear of'." G

"I really enjoyed making the career plans. All the work leading up to that was really helpful and made career planning so much easier"

“My son really enjoyed the programme and came away with clear direction of what he wants to study and do post school. Prior to this he was in a real muddle. This is pretty high praise for a guy who does the absolute minimum to get by!”

My point of difference

What makes us a bit different?

1. My business partner Suzie Marsden and I are business leaders with a wealth of experience from a range of industries. (I have 20+ years in senior Human Resources roles and Suzie is a business leader and Coach)

2. Participants in our career coaching programmes apply creative problem solving tools (Design Thinking) to the challenge of what is next for them. We work with our clients in a workshop setting or 1:1 coaching.

3. What gets us leaping out of bed each day is helping people more deeply understand what joyful work would look like for them and providing learning and tools to test their plans and put them into action.
