Tikumu Consulting focuses on assisting business owners and operators to build solid business foundations. We don’t just focus on business strategy, trouble shooting and action planning, but we believe that people within the organisation play a key role in building that strong foundation. Therefore we also focus on the soft skills such as management and leadership coaching, improving communication skills, and behavioural change within the organisations as a whole.
