Business overview
Travel is my first love. I'm a Travel Broker for World Travellers Napier. This means I am contracted to them, not employed by them. I have my own business and work from my home office. Prior to this I managed the Air New Zealand Holiday Store in Hastings and in all had 28 years with Air NZ. This experience has certainly helped me in my business and many loyal clients followed me from Air NZ Holiday Store to my own business.In my 3rd Form (Year 9) Geography class I was inspired to travel and nothing was going to get in the way. I had about 8 years traveling in UK and Europe with 6 months in Asia on my way home to NZ. Working for Air NZ did help me continue my travel and I loved it. Travel is just in my blood!

Tailor making the holiday or business travel that is right for you.There are many options out there and it can be very confusing. My role is to help you navigate your travel planing. I travel frequently, and have done so for a very long time. Last count I'd travelled to about 60 different countries, via all means and styles from back packing (which included sleeping on floors of trains and boats!) to 5 star luxury, and everything in between.
I chat with you to get an understanding of what is important to you - it's your holiday! I prefer not to offer the cookie cutter standard packages, they can be a good starting point to create interest but I find mostly they need modifying and fine tuning to become YOUR holiday.
And when the holiday is over I'm here to follow up - either to just hear about the great time you had and check that the hotel / tours etc were up to standard and as required, and also to help with insurance claims if required, or follow up with suppliers who may not have delivered (thankfully this does not happen often).
Travel is my absolute passion and I'd be honoured to be part of your travel journey.
