Our complete residential property management service includes rental assessments, tenant selection, tenant screening and credit checks, tenant management, regular property inspections, organising all repairs and maintenance of the property, and full property and financial reporting to our owners every month.

Why I'm in the Venus Network

Being a small business owner can be a lonely road at times. Venus Group offers a chance to meet other like-minded and interesting women. It provides a platform to share ideas and stories.
We would like to increase our property portfolio, but not to the point where we cannot personally manage our properties, or ultimately lose touch with our property owners and tenants.
