Henny Penny is a playful take on the classic folktale, maybe more commonly known as Chicken Little.When an acorn fell and bumped Henny Penny on the head, she believed the sky was falling. There was panic, worry and concern. These are the emotions that often arise when life turns to custard – it feels like the sky is falling.
Taking inspiration from this classic tale, my mission is to make sure you are prepared. I make insurance easy, relatable and yes, a little bit fun! With 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, I understand how important it is to have insurance cover that is tailored to your unique needs.

Why I'm in the NZ Businesswomen
I was a longstanding member of a Venus Women in Business networking group when I previously had my own business between 2011-2018. The connections, support, ideas, friendships, referrals and just simply great fun and laughs made joining again an absolute no-brainer!!When you work on your own, having a commitment, desire and great company to hang out with a group of like-minded women all wanting to help one another - only good things can come from that!!
My point of difference
My aim is to stand out from the crowd!! I mean, who else would name their business 'Henny Penny'!! Insurance is soooo boring and institutional, and lets face it, it ain't much fun talking or thinking about death, illness, disability or how you or your loved ones might get set back if horrible things occur.BUT wouldn't you want to have those discussion with someone who's experienced it all, seen the difference between having the right insurance in place vs. having bad insurance in place? And to have these discussions with someone who is courageous enough to deliver insurance advice in their own unique (and compliant) style that is easy to understand and process into robust, comforting and confidence boosting insurance plans? AND names their insurance business something FUN??
