Core Business Services Ltd is a Chartered Accountancy Firm. Our aim is to grow our clients net worth. We do this by being by their side every step of the way on their business journey- right from the point of setup to providing day to day support and being a sounding board, completing compliance requirements and eventual exit

Products and services I offer

1. Business setup including company setups, IRD numbers and GST registrations
2. Accounting- including preparation of financial statements, forecasting and budgeting, financial modelling - what if scenarios and cashflow projections
3. Tax compliance -including compiling GST/FBT/Payroll returns, tax planning in relation to New Zealand based business structures, set up of tax effective structures such as trusts and partnerships
3. Providing advice on day to day business decisions such as buying assets, funding for growth of a business, due diligence on purchase of an asset/business etc
4. Exiting a business while being tax effective and protecting your assets.
